Extremely dissatisfied long time customer!

I have been dealing with Supercall for 20 years and still use the same no. that i was issued with 20 years ago. I purchased a new Iphone 4s in January 2012 with a 24 month contract on 1000 minute pm. The phone comes with a guarantee for a year. The phone is fully insured as well. This december 2012 the phone suddenly crashed and would not charge at all. So i took it into Supercall in Cape Town for repair. 3 weeks later i was called into collect. When i got there the phone was still not repaired as they claimed that the phone had been previously tampered with and has therefore lost its guarantee. I was in shock as nobody has tampered with this phone since i had received it new. I then came back to Jhb and took it to the midrand office on the 16th Jan to try and get to the bottom of the problem. I dealt with the manager called Aniel Naidoo. He then said that he would send it in again to Repair centre.By the 29th of Jan i still had not heard from Supercall. I then proceeded to contact the manager again and he told me that the repair centre had confirmed that the phone had been tampered with and that the guarantee was now lost. I am fuming over this ordeal as i am loyal customer!!!
