MOST INCOMPETENT CONSULTANT

Karabo Mahlaba is the most incompetent 8ta/Telkom consultant i have ever dealt with. She called me to tell me that my application will be looked at as something about their system declining my application due to the package i chose.

I gave her permision to proceed, she advised she will call me to explain the package. Nevers bothers to call me! I have copies of my communication to her and she only responds when she feels like it.
I finally get an email from her advising i should collect my package on the 12 Feb 2013, I go to the store around 10H30 only to be told she will be in after an hour however the gentleman there advises that there is no package for collection.

She still doesnt bother to contact me whenever she decided to show up, I went to the store during my lunch hour, she advises everything is ready I must give her sometime, which I patiently did.

She calls me to her desk after wasting my time to tell me a non-sense story, apparently I was approved for a rip off package that she knew I would never accept as there was never a package in the 1st place for me to collect.

Thanks for wasting my time Karabo. You are a great asset to 8ta.
