Poor service from Telkom Shop at Mall@Reds

On the 2013/09/25, i went to the Telkom to sign up for ADSL. The consultant who assisted did not have any product knowledge and advised on the wrong package. I started filling out the application than she asked her colleague who advised her to look in the file for the packages and was than given the correct package.

After completing the application she advised it will take 7 working days. A week later 2013/10/02 i called the call centre on 10210 to find out on the progress of my application to my dismay was advised that the application is not on system which means that it was never submitted. The consultant was very helpful and did an online application and advised that i need to make a payment either at the Telkom Shop or the Post Office.

The same afternoon i went to back to the same store as i live 5 min away. As i entered i saw consultants with customers, i than went to the payments counter but no one was there. The 2 ladies from the store walked past me but did not say a thing after about 5 min i asked where is the person who supposed to be behing the counter and they advised they are the only 2 working. Really now? Being a new customer and to have service like this
