It is now the second week after my wife had complained of poor customer service and how she was deceived in buying R150 airtime and being told it will convert to 2gig data. My wife could not believe this and asked again that she will get 2gig for R150. She did all the Rica and bought the sim and airtime. The lady offered to load it on the Sim and showed her. Here we go 1gig. ONE GIG? But she said two. There was a argument and the branch manager was not able to make a decision so they called the area manager. Guess wht he could not make a decision. LoL Who is in charge of Zoo-C. We do get a call and I explain to Blanche that my wife had the experience. She did try to get hold of her once as there was only 1 missed call. My wife took time off work and for more than a hour she asked for her money back. Sorry they say. No re fund. I am sad to say Cel C. You give poor service and deceive your customers just to get the deal
