False Commitment and they cant fix it after 2 days

I enquired about pay as you go specials, she then advised about contract deals, I advised her that I am only interested in pay as you go, month by month deals. She told me; R155 for 2Gig. I immediately repeated what she said, and she nodded confirm what I heard. I sat down, and she proceeded to complete the necessary transaction, I also requested for a starter pack, she asked if she could RICA, I gave her the proof of residence, she then asked if she could load the databundle on the sim, and I agreed. After completion, she showed the amount registered to the sim. I saw that it was only 1Gig. I told het that I understood that it was 2Gig. She told me that it must have been a misunderstanding. I was not happy with the deal, as I could have gone to Vodacom for the same, or 8ta R155 for 1Gig and R150 worth of airtime, which is a much better deal. She told me that I cannot get a refund, after I insisted she phone her management, she told me that she would contact me the following day to resolve the matter, she did not phone. The next day I popped into the shop, she then told me the same. I then phoned the callcntre, the person said that there was no way to resolve this matter.
