Upgrade done & paid - Still NO PHONE!!

I did an upgrade on my contract for a blackberry package, I have been paying for said upgrade for the last 5 months. I have still not received my new phone!! My daughter has been phoning for me to find out what the problem is, since the contract is not in her name they refuse to tell her anything... understandable, but she has contacted them twice to ask a consultant to just contact me directly on a land line since my old phone is not working properly anymore and I cannot hear when someone phones me. NO ONE has contacted me. The last two calls she did (this year, nevermind the ones done last year) was on the 1st & 11th of Feb. The last consultant was very rude, at least the first one sounded like they would try to help. I did receive a sms to say that my biss is now activated and that I need to reset my handset... WHAT HANDSET??? The one I'm suppose to have received in the next two week, for months now. All I want is for someone to contact me, make sure I get my phone so I can get back to business!! Is that so difficult?
