MTN - WORST service

3 month old phone needed to be repaired. Was told it would take a week, week and a half. 3 weeks later I called only to discover the phone could not be repaired and would be replaced. I could not fathom how it took so long for them to replace the phone, or why nobody thought to inform me. Given that a month is about 4 weeks and I was without my phone for 3, I paid for a service I couldn't use. On top of that, I am experiencing network problems and get this, after numerous phone calls to different call centers, I discover that there is no way that MTN can phone me back to sort out this problem. A problem which with them! How is this okay? under no circumstances will i renew my contract with MTN. There have been various other issues and I am tired of being passed on to the next call center. I will be reviewing my contract terms because I am sick to death with dealing with this service provider. What am I paying for?
