Loyal customer ripped off by Vodacom

I bought a Vodacom Black Berry Bold 9900 in September 2011 at Game Centurion and recently it just did not want to switch on. I bought a new battery thinking it could be a dead battery but nothing happened. On the 4th Feb 2013 I took it to Vodacare Centurion and it was booked right away. on the 5th Feb was notified it was being assessed, the afternoon of the same day was informed it was sent for higher level repair to higher level repair center. on 6th Feb was told it was being assessed and on the 11 Feb I get a call that a quotation of R5000.00 almost the amount I paid to buy it was made, the reason i asked and was told it was exposed to liquid question is why was this picked up by the other technicians before it went to higher level repair. When i asked what kind of liquid she told me it might aircon, water etc. I have 3 contracts with Vodacom and I do not deserve this kind of treatment and I am not taking this lying down. I paid thousands to buy the phone on prepaid now i am expected to pay the same amount for a clearly faulty phone that is under warranty. You have not had the last of this; you clearly want to milk every sent out of loyal customers, very greedy.
