Please Help

I am trying to upgrade my contract at elite mobile, they say they cannot help me because the account is in arrears i paid my account to date end of January where i paid R400.00 in extra charges, very unhappy as i phoned 111 and paid the amount they sended to me and no there is still R40.00 oustanding
