Worst service provide

Vodacom has got to be the worst service provider!!! Almost every night for more than a year I have no service from between 19:50 and 01:30am so that leaves me with no b.i.s which deems my phone useless actually and means I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting!! I've called them twice about this issue and the response was always the same... we have a technician working on it... I've regretted leaving mtn ever since i got this contract.
