TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I have yet another technical problem regarding my Vodacom contract. After Vodacom has executed an unwanted SIM swap last month, they corrected their mistake by providing me with a new SIM card (end of July 2013).

As from this past weekend, my cellphone has no reception. I am REALLY upset and unimpressed with this service provider. Whether it is a connectivity issue, or a technical issue, I expect Vodacom to fix this problem IMMEDIATELY.

I work in harsh circumstances as well as night shifts, and being without cellphone reception due to my service provider's fault, is unacceptable.

Note that the phone linked to this account has ALREADY been sent in for repairs twice this year. I expect that Vodacom either end this contract without any costs or provide me with a brand new, working phone.
