Pathetic customer service and no assistance

I booked my Sony Xperia V for a repair after having it for two months, it went in for repairs and no one even bothered to call me to say the phone was ready for collection i had to phone in after 6 weeks, i then receive the phone and put in the sim ect and my 1st call in and out and still the same issue that it was booked in for. so my question is what did they do for 6 weeks??? i then called the store and all they say is they have to book it back in so in actual fact i pay my contract for a phone and airtime i don't have. i use it for work and again in for repairs and most prob another 6 weeks, i phone there head office and they cant do any better other than say sorry it has to be booked in this phone is 2 months old!!! surely this means i should get a new one well this is the last contract i ever take out with Autopage cause there service!!!
