Poor network coverage

I would like to get my network coverage back, I have been without network coverage since Friday 16/8/2013 to date. when I am in a building no network at all. I have lost several client and also no contact with my husband that is in cape town. I would like my coverage back, I have never had any complaints regarding vodacom service and prefer this network, however this is not accepatable.
