Cell companies dont comply with CPA, why?

If I buy air time or a sms package why does the product I bought expire in such a short time.

When I buy food from Spar they don't take back the un-eaten product after 30 days!

I find it disgusting that the cell companies still get away with not complying to the NCPA.

Why is this, you have made the sale please don't take back what I have paid for!?
