Cell C
Poor Connectivity

I have been with Nashua for at least 17 years and have recently ported to Cell C, and I have been waiting on both Nashua and Cell C to deal with my mobile problems since 26 February 2013. Today is the last day that I accept this poor service from either one of these Companies and I expect both these companies to sort out my problems and to agree to what I have requested them to do. My first complaint was in writing to both Companies and was emailed to them within 6 days of the mobile contract being in place. I do not want to go into too much detail at this point of time, as I have sent numerous emails to both Companies and have received no positive feedback from them. I did have 2 visits from the technical staff of Cell C, but nothing positive has come out of this either. I do not want to badmouth either one of these companies, but I do reserve the right to comment in full at a later time.
