My mom went to Pick n Pay Little Falls and bought a Caramel Cheesecake. When she got home and opened it, there was only HALF in the plastic package. We took it back and the customer services lady was very helpful and apologised profusely and told us she will call the manager. 5 minutes later, she came back, just her, with a signed complaint or customer service slip that had been signed by the manager. Apparently he was too busy to come and apologise to my mom. This is unacceptable and very rude. Even though we got a refund for the product, it doesn't change the fact that we bought a half eaten product. Someone obviously took a chance and ate some and put it straight back on the shelf. Unhygienic and revolting. Please do something about this. If it was the staff, then some action should be taken. If its the actual customers that want to "test" the product then increase security. I'm sure you have more than enough money for that.
