Cell C
No Feedback On Termination Of Contract

Decided to switch cell providers, as Cell C coverage has been really poor in Durban. My old Cell C contract is due to expire end of July. Sent an email to their customer service to confirm that it will be terminated, and have faxed through official termination notice. Still no response whatsoever from anyone.

Very sloppy as far as I am concerned.
