Deactivate Service on Data Bundle for what???

2 months ago the dual SIM linked to a data bundle and used in the iPad stopped working.
Established that it is a SIM issue and was told that some service is not activated anymore, why i dont know.!!!
2-24 hours given, still nothing, another 2-24 hours only to hear it failed on the network, nobody calls back, i waste my money to call them and speak to rude staff in the primary call centre, waste my money and a data bundle which i cannot use!!! they Never call back. 3rd time lucky??? NEVER!!! now i find out that my Dual SIM service is deactivated, WHO TF deactivated it and for what??? no manager or supervisor ever in that call centre, they work like Miners and Police in Marikana, uncontrolled. But i have to accept this hey!!! i think not.
time for change, and some reimbursement for wastage!!!
