On Hold for 1hour and a half!!! NO SERVICE

On 4 Feb 2013 i upgraded my contract over the phone, on 7 Feb i called to see when it will be delivered, the phone i have ordered was out of stock!!! they didn't even call me about it!! so on the same day i updated it and ordered a other phone. now today when i called in to check for delivery i was on hold for an hour and a half and finaly get to spoke to someone the order was never put trough!!! then i demand to speak with a manager they are suddenly in a "meeting"!!!
i am really getting sick and tired for the sloppy service!!!
