NO idea at all of when phone may be replaced

I finally have approval (which took 4 weeks) for my faulty Samsung Galaxy S2 to be replaced, only to be told there is no stock and hasn't been any since the beginning of January. AND they have absolutely no idea as to when they may have stock!!! Surely someone in the country must have this info - this is a communications company after all. And I just have to keep paying for this contract but am not being supplied with a phone!!!
