Poor service! Really poor!

I have an uncapped account with WA and today I decided to watch the final of the AFCON on DSTV live stream. I have not exceeded my so called rolling window allocation however, no matter what I try the video keeps buffering every second for about 6 seconds, plays for about 2 seconds and then goes back to buffering. Called WA twice to complain and they did a port reset which did nothing to solve the problem. Called again, and they have no solution to what the problem is. Its almost half time, a goal has been scored, I did not see it and I could not even watch the replay because that is also buffering. This is ridiculous service. I am very angry and disappointed. I am seriously considering closing my account.
