Service that does NOT work

Over the past 13 months we have had such bad service from TELKOM' s 8.ta wireless internet service and we just do not know what to do. If one contacts there call center nothing ever happens. Over the past 10 days the service is does not work.

One gets 100% signal, but NO connection. Then you get connected and if you are luck you may work on line for 5 min, if your not then it's a case of 1 sec on 10 sec off, then 1 sec on and 20 sec off. As for the speed it's even a bigger jock as one is more on slower then the old dialup speed, but you are paying for high speed.

We are at wit's end as if we call the 8.ta call center not only are you going to get a load off bull, but you will site with NO Internet, but you MUST pay.

I would like to know if one can have the contract stop as they are not keeping there side of the contract and that is providing a working service. I have to point out after putting up a fight when out landlines kept be stollen we where told sorry you will go wireless end of the story.
