WHAT IS GOING ON?

How many times in an hour do you have to check the status of my smart card? When this happens - currently the ELEVENTH time in half an hour, sound and picture disappear for between 3 and 10 seconds. This is not what I signed up for at R629-00 a month. I expect to watch a complete programme without constant interruptions from you. This is an ongoing problem although it does it usually happen so often. Perhaps it's time for a refund as it is not possible to watch DSTV under these circumstances.
