Quik to make you take out a insurance

Paid all the time premiums, never skipped a payment. My phone got, and they refuse to replace it. First had to send them a invoice stating that my door has been replaced as if my cars door has something to do wit the phone and then they wont pay out because it is a handwritten invoice as if
i can tell the people who fixed my car how their invoices must look like.
They are so easy to make you take out insurance, eat all your money and when they have to provide you with service that you paid for then its a major problem. I will also take them to the newspapers to warn people about them, they have no right to just eat your money and refuse to pay out.
