For the last month and a half my latency is horrible. i had a 1meg uncapped account, my ms were anything from180-220ms, now I've upgraded to a 4meg line. My ms through the day is between 600-700ms and at night 900-1000ms. I've spoken to at least 50 different people from Telkom, all saying there is nothing wrong. How can this be? Waiting average between 45min - 1h 30min before someone gets to you. Then they just transfer you to a different department. All doing the same thing (whats your telephone number? etc) and no answer. Most of the people don't even understand what latency, ping is. Have to explain to them. Shocking!
Im connecting to EU servers and is horrible for online gaming. Paying the ekstra amount each month for internet. Sort the lines Telkom. Fault has been logged several times and the issue just dont go away.

I'm so fed up and will probably leave Telkom if the problem persist.
