One hour wait to pay account

On friday, 8th Feb - 11h00 i visited the service centre at MTN in northgate to be advised that for me to pay my account i would need to wait at least one hour. i was aslo advised that Computicket in northgate can no longer accept payments although it is advised on the back of my account that any computicket office can do this.

Again i find MTN service office a real disappointment
