After a week R600.00 taken and still no tickets

After a week going backwards and forwards between banks and Computicket I have still had no joy. I have forwarded proof of payment that has gone out of my bank account to Computicket and still Computicket deny this. They say they don't have the money. No compensation is given for loss of work, travel etc. Is this because Computicket are the only booking agents in South Africa? I often take clients to dinner and see a live show at Monte Casino as it is convenient. I certainly won't be doing this in future after the bad experience.
