Still waiting for copy of contract signed Mar 2012

My husband and I signed new contracts one phone and one data but were never given copies of the contract. I went into the shop (the one next to Pick n Pay) on a weekly basis for 3 months and was repeatedly given excuses and that they had sent emails (they hadn't and couldn't give me copies of them); that they had phoned (no missed calls on phone and certainly no phone calls)., and more! Then Sibongile told me that they have requested the contract from Metrofile. Eventually in November 2012 I went to Head Office in Fairland where I saw Selva Naidoo who promised he would sort it out. 3 months have now elapsed and still no contract. No follow up from Selva, other than, in response to yet another query of mine, to tell me that he has passed on my query to Sibongile - yet again! It is now almost a year since we signed the contracts - just how long does it take to get a copy of a contract from Metrofile - and why does no one have the courtesy to keep me in the picture, let alone chase up on my request for a contract - which by the way I should legally have been given in the first place.
