Bad useless modem and the saga continues!!!

Further to my report on 1 February 2013: The replacement modem was delivered to the wrong address after I had given DISTINCT instructions that I am no longer available at the office address. Luckily an ex-colleague called me &I was able to take receipt of the modem. Notwithstanding the above, the modem still does not work properly. I spend lengthy times on the internet able to do very little, but when I insert my 3G into a different modem, it works!!! Eric, Deon and Nelly, Nelly being the most helpful, have been in contact with me. Once again I had to explain the situation over and over again. My request for credits ignored, the 2 Vodafone modems in my possession have still not been collected, a replacement decent modem has not been delivered!!! The modems were to have been collected on Wednesday - it is now Saturday!!! Deon advised me that I would not receive a better modem or credits before Autopage gets these two modems back?? It's time for the Consumer Board and Consumer Protection Act as well as sound legal advice pertaining to a claim for loss of income, psychological trauma, costs for telephone calls and absolute breach of contract on Autopage's part. Thank you
