Useless Service from Cell C direct

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab in January already. I phoned every day for the last two weeks only to be told that my application was approved and that I will receive a sms the following day that will say that the warehouse dispatched the package to RAM. When I phoned yesterday the consultant said that my application was rejected due to incorrect banking details. Cell C has been debiting by bank account for the last 4 years already. I also confirmed the bank account again when we added the extra data line. The call centre agent captured the details incorrectly and this has been the delay. I wanted to speak to a manager yesterday, but they were having a staff function downstairs according the agent. When i started to scream she transfered me to somebody who made as if they could not hear me and dropped the call. I am very dissapointed in the service and I want to know if service comes at an exstra charge. The agents in the call centre are not fit for the job and Cell C should send them for training or hearing aids. I am disgusted with the service and nothing is going to change this.
