I had problems regarding my Blackberry's email- and BIS settings

I phoned on the 3rd and 4th of February (2013) and spoke to 2 or 3 consultants regarding this problem. Both of them tried to help me, but none of these 2 were successful...

I left the phone for about 2 days, and phoned 8ta AGAIN on Wednesday, 6 February.. I was put through to Khanya Silinga at approx. 13:19
He had such a good attitude, NEVER got impatient, and WENT THE EXTRA MILE for help by asking another person for help.

I'd like to thank him for his good work! He does not know that the problem is solved, as the phone I phoned from went dead just as I was about to tell him.
