No placement fee

After a year and few months of servicing Telkom call center, they decided to absorb all the call center stuff which was great however they did not want to pay the placement fees for the recruitment agencies that they got the stuff from .they claim to be a service provider them selves to the agencies contradiction.

What is going on in this company .they talk about empowering us and yet they want agencies to cover all the cost.
