Excellent service from Thabile

I lost my phone on the weekend, so i claimed from insurance. The claim was approved so i went to 4 Mtn stores to find out if they have iPhone 5 16gb stock, as soon as i said that is it is a Insurance claim they told me they don't have stock. It took me five days to find a store that has stock. I went to the Westgate branch twice and the other staff told me that they need a reference no from the insurance. But the third time i went i was helped by Thabile. What a great person. she helped me immediately and told me that there is no problem with my claim and i just have to pay in the balance. I have been helped by her a couple of times before and not once i had a problem. She is a real asset to the Mtn group and the Westgate branch. Thank you Thabile!!! keep up the great work!!!
