Autopage
No value for customers!

Altech Autopage has definitely proved that they don't value their customers. I visited the clearwater store and they made a request to head office to match the current deal MTN offers (iphone5 on MTN Anytime 200 on top up at R479 p/m) for my upgrade. They simply refuse to match the deal and would rather have me port to MTN. Keeping in mind, I would be paying more every month for the upgrade than I'm currently paying. I would much rather port to a service provider who values their customers such as MTN. More than 5 years with Altech Autopage and will be closing 2 accounts with them. Its pathetic to know they would rather lose customers than try to keep them happy. Pity I have to wait for my contract to expire.
