ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE TO A "VALUED" CUSTOMER

I qualified for an upgrade on both my numbers and it has been one nightmare after the next trying to actually get what I have "signed" for. I was initially dealt with through the Vodacom Rewards Programme who called me on 24th January 2013 to advise that as a valued customer (sic), they were able to assist me with my upgraded contracts at no extra cost or inconvenience to me. What a joke: I have had rude and shocking service from the day I queried why my new phone had not arrived (and the other one had) and now I have not only been inconvenienced, it has cost me plenty in calls (and frustration) to try and get help! I have still not been able to get anywhere with them (Vodacom Rewards) or anybody else (General Customer Care Line). All I can say is that I have NEVER experienced such conflicting, shocking, unprofessional, ridiculous, disgusting, "nonsense", rude service from any other service provider (and that is saying something!!!) as I have from Vodacom. And, to think that I am a (supposed) valued customer??? Ha ha ha. I would hate to know how they treat the "ordinary man on the street"???
