No joy!!

I have 3 Vodacom contracts of which 2 are for cell phones. On the 5th of August I received a call from a telesales marketer promoting MyMeg 100, as my monthly data costs are quite high. I signed up for it on my main contract. The marketer then asked whether she could activate it on my Top Up contract as well, but I declined the offer very firmly. Yesterday I received my new statement via e-mail and noticed that I've been charged on both cell phone contracts! In an attempt to rectify the matter, I called Vodacom Customer Service only to be advised that Rewards, an affiliate of Vodacom, did the promotion and I will have to take it up with them. Its now been 2 days of trying to contact Rewards, but to no avail! After ringing for a while, I get a message saying the number is not available. This is extremely frustrating!!! If Rewards is an affiliate of Vodacom, why can Vodacom not sort it out and get back to me!!! Isn't that real customer service?!!! I'm extremely upset as I'm being charged for something I declined and now I'm being given the run around! Vodacom, I'm not impressed at all!
