Quick to sell... but impossible to cancel

I got a call from the rewards program claiming that I am one of the valued Vodacom data users, offering me an extra 1GB package with a modem because they can see that I am using a lot of data. The package was delivered to me not knowing what it was all about. Never received any contract with my monthly bill to see why I have received two sim cards in this box, I was under the impression its top-up on my existing number. I received my new monthly bill yesterday just to see that 2 new numbers have been opened up for me??? Why would I need two more numbers I have one that is working just fine. I have been calling the call centre to cancel this just to find out sorry madam but your grace period has expired and you will have to pay R1899.00 per cell phone number to cancel.??? I was fooled by the sales people selling this valued data users!!! I am not feeling like the VALUED VODACOM user now :( I have been with Vodacom a long time I am even looking at getting an ipad but with this I am not able to do so. Please let someone phone me to sort this out immediately I am not going to pay this!!!
