POOR Service!!!

I applied for a telkom contract on the 5th of January 2013 and have not heard anything from Telkom since. In the interim I called them twice to get feedback on the status of my application, the calls were made 2 weeks apart, on both occations my application was at the technical team. I do not see why this is at the technical team for so long as I already have lines installed. All they have to do is to allocate us a telephone number and install the telephone as per our original agreement. When we phoned the uneducated consultant he advised that installation can take up to one year or when they find the time to do so. This is unacceptable. I am a first time customer and ignored all the rumours about the poor service of telkom, which I experienced first hand now. The service was poor. Please cancel my application.71142336A
