Being charged double

Eing one who never check his statements, I'd always assumed my debit orders would go off in the amounts agreed upon.

In November of 2011, I applied and signed for an MTN Uncapped 3G Lite for R299 p/m. going through my bank statements, it seems that almost every months following, I've been paying double that.

Can someone please explain why?
