PATHETIC SERVICE FROM NASHAU MOBILE!!!

To whom it may concern

I am disgusted with the service that I received from you guys I will take this to hello peter as well as Wendy knowler I also work for customer services but I am ashamed to experience such terrible service from you guys!!!

When I applied initially for my phone it took you guys 3 weeks to get the phone!!! And finally when I get the phone and need to be assisted your agents are so incompetent that they keep transferring what the if you don't know what you are doing you should not be employed there!!! I called the call center and spoke to Simphiwe (after holding on for 30 minutes) who stated that he does not work for the relevant department and is going to transfer me to Nontombi who was available and I would not have to wait any longer!!! Then transferred me into a queue to hold on for a further 20 minutes to finally speak to Kele who stated that she cannot help me to then transfer me to someone who can to hold on for another 15 minutes PATHETIC!!!

You just disconnect my line and not tell me why!!!
