Spent R55 airtime being on hold for 20 minutes!

I called the Nashua Mobile upgrades department from my Nashua Mobile app as I am now able to upgrade, but I didn't speak to a single person. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and exhausted the R55 airtime I had on my phone. JUST BEING ON HOLD! How is that acceptable? I think I will be going directly to MTN instead of having to deal with this.
