I went to the MTN shop on January 12 to complain that I was being charged for 3G internet and the house i am in has no coverage, they gave me the number 0839001212 and when I phoned they told me that they would send someone with a booster within 10 days, despite phoning 3 times and spending over 1 hour on the phone they have not even bothered to contact me. I would like to cancel my contract but do not want to be blacklisted. I do not know the number of the sim card that i use for the internet.
