I wasn't told that my house falls outside the coverage area when i bought my modem and when this was discovered after the fact i wanted to cancel my contract, they told me there was nothing they could do. Then they convinced me that they can fix the problem and that they will install a booster to get coverage in that area. I was told that it would be installed within 30 days. More than 90 days later I still had no booster installed and no internet connection. After continuous calling from my side and talking to many different people with different stories they finally came to install another router (not a booster). I had a connection and even though it was a lot of frustration it was done or so i though. I signed a my 2 gig contract on top up, then once my data ran out and I tried to use my night-owl benefit that I was told comes with the contract that i signed. I was unable to do so, only to be told that actually on top up you don't get that benefit. NOWHERE does it state that on top up you don't get that benefit, the contract just advertised that you get it as an added benefit with the my2 gig contract, its why i got it. I just wanted to cancel the thing in the first place!!
