Since I renewed my top up contract with Autopage more than a year ago, someone my airtime. This was brought under their attention. We were notified that hillbilly service providers which was NOT SUBSCRIBED TO was my airtime (CAEL MEDIA, VT MOBILE, MTN BUSINESS). I did not even notice that and did not get any benefit from them. I did not subscribe to these services and Autopage don't seem to be interested in the problem. Went to their stores, young dweebs behind the counter, "sorry, nothing I can do", How can I get rid of this rubbish??? Is their ANYBODY at Autopage that can sort this out an d re-emburse my airtime??? Your "Contact us" on your website acknowledge the e-mails we send them but they do NOT come up with a solution. Please! If you renew your contract don't use Autopage. They are a bunch of useless sub-standard wannabies!!!
