STILL NO DELIVERY AS PROMISED AFTER 2 WEEKS

Well its been 2 weeks since I logged a complaint and tomorrow 2 weeks since I was promised my handset. CustomerCare don't want to assist as there is a special ref number??? Courier company calling since Monday saying the phone will be delivered the day - 3 days in a row. Still NO PHONE. This is ridiculous and a waste of my time. I can't find out who the courier company is even and when I tried calling Customer Care they can't help. So if my phone has been in Cape Town for delivery since monday - WHERE IS IT???
