Blocked my number

I recently ported to MTN, and just a few days ago, on the 16th of July 2025, my number was blocked. They lied, stating that it was because I hadn't been recharging. Then the story changed, claiming that the number went back to the original network service provider.

I called Vodacom and Telkom, and guess what? My number doesn't exist. So, what is the actual problem? I live in a country where women and children are slaughtered every single day. The fact that I can't be reached—what happens when I am in trouble? What really pisses me off is the lies.
