Not wanting to block my stollen blackberry phone

Ti have lost my blackberry phone on the 2nd August 2013 and up-til today mtn hasn't blocked my phone nor my number the person that has my phone is still using my number and answering and saying I'm by the shop and using my bbm and chating mtn is sending me to customer service I called them and they told me to go in the mtn store I went to the mtn store in cape town and took a day off from work and they refered me to the 173 number the same people that refered me to the mtn store I'm very due to the fact that mtn isn't helping me in regards to my phone its like they are telling me that if my phone get stollen they do not care because they have had their share from me by making me buy the phone cellc and vodecom offers much beter service than mtn and are helpful I would never refer my friends or family to use mtn ever again due to their lack of customer service, lack of professionalism and most of all lack of intrest in consumers... they should show some empathy and sympathy which they lack in stores and in the customer service so I want to say thanks to mtn for allow people to phones and use them without making effort in geting phones blocked
