DONT BUY A BLACK BERRY 9360 its a USELESS PRODUCT

Ought a 9360 saturday 2feb2013 around 3/4pm.6:35pm began 5 hour charge (recommended by sale guy, who never let ME open my new BB box, he stood opposite counter fidgeting without disclosing what he was doing, then he disappeared with the phone into back rm &when returned continued doing his thing).loaded 3 family pins that night for BBM.tried to setup, it would'nt work (BRAND NEW phone).tried again next day, told to contact system admin.only thing working was BBM.Now the battery shock, we barely used BBM for 20min, when battery life was half way.took phone in monday4feb & asked for new one. BUT sale guy took it & again other than saying he is setting up it up, takes it &fidgets away.hands it to me saying its working & sends me off. I later learn he set up my BB ID & did not even tell me my passwrod!!! my husband had to call him for it.all he said was sorry. HOW CAN A NEW BATTERY LAST SO LITTLE? its only a secondary phone for me to BBM friends &I barely chat for morethan15 minutes in a day, dnt make calls, emails or use apps or ANYTHING, & evrything is closed. Why cant i not get a new phone? if it like this since day 2? I refuse to be stuck for 24 months with a USELESS product! consumer rights
