On thursday 2013/01/31 I requested for a sim swap to be done on my sim that has been. I was told that it would take from 24 to 48 hours to be completed. Sinc that following day I have been calling an calling the customer care service to find out what's going on but only to be told not yet done. Why have I been told a and as a loyal client for how many years, I feel very frustrated and dissappointed about this. After I convinced my fiance to open a contract wih Cell C and then she was treated the same way, badly! t
