Classes not delivered as scheduled

I would just like to complain about the Les Mills Grit strength class at Centurion Gate.2 weeks in a row now, last Wednesday and this morning, I showed up at the gym to attend the Less Mills Grit Strength class as advertised on your programs and both weeks the instructor did not bother to show up for the class. This is not acceptable as i wake up early and go to the gym especially to attend the class and then have to change my gym program as the class does not take place. These are not the only occasions where I have experienced problems with this specific class as a couple of weeks ago I planned to do the Grit Strength class in the evening and when i got there found out that they were doing the Grit cardio class instead of the Grit Strength class even though the session was advertised as Grit Strength on the gym's program. If the club is not going to offer the class they should not advertise it and I can then adjust my gym program accordingly. I also mailed my complaints to customerservice and Dylan Hinde this morning and have not received any response
